Welcome
The United Republic of Tanzania is located in East Africa, neighbouring Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia. Tanzania is rich in natural resources and tourist attractions, which include Mount Kilimanjaro (Africa's highest mountain,) the Serengeti National Park, and the islands of Pemba and Zanzibar. Over 40 million people from more than 120 ethnic groups live peacefully in Tanzania.
HLI Tanzania works to uphold the common values of faith and family. The organisation is active in 19 of Tanzania's 26 regions: Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, Dodoma, Tanga, Iringa, Mbeya, Ruvuma, Lindi, Mtwara, Sumbawanga, Tabora, Shinyanga, Mwanza, Kagera, Mara, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Singida, and Zanzibar.
